PROCESS OF MAKING CUSTOM PRINTED BLANKET

The printing method, called sublimation, uses heat transfer to apply a design to the fabric. 

The process involves printing a design onto a special transfer paper using sublimation inks. The transfer paper is then placed on top of the fabric and pressed using a heat press. Due to heat and pressure, the ink turns into a gas and binds with the fabric fibers. After this, the dye returns to a solid form and the process is complete.

This creates a vibrant, long-lasting print resistant to fading and peeling even after multiple washings. It means your personalized blanket will retain its colors for many years.
