PROCESS OF MAKING PRINTED CANVAS TOTE BAG

The printing method is called roll-to-roll and it is a process of reproducing designs onto fabric using specialized inkjet printers and water-based pigmented inks.

The fabric is loaded onto a roll, and the printer applies the design directly onto the fabric as it is fed through the machine. When the printing process is complete, the fabric is passing through a heat press, where it is exposed to high temperatures for a specific amount of time. The heat activates the pigments in the ink, causing them to bond with the fibers of the fabric.

With its high-resolution printing quality and extensive color range, this method brings intricate designs, photographs, and even full-color images to life.
